Objectives for Development of Grouse Creek Property

I own 640 acres of desert in northwest Utah. The property is located in a narrow valley 50 miles north of the Bonneville Salt Flats. Low mountains form a horseshoe-shape on the east, north, and west of the valley. Grouse Creek runs through the property but is dry most of the time. The land is relatively flat with the exception of two small hills in the southwest corner. There is an improved gravel road that runs along the east boundary north to the village of Grouse Creek, Utah.
